Still Fighting With VSO
I applied for disability compensation in 2002 for lower back problems and leg length discrepancy of 1 and half inches on my left leg. I have all the documentation showing the injury in the military and still it had to go thru the court of veterans appeals. They saw evidence and vacated the decision back to BVA. Still waiting!!! Contacted Congressman and still waiting. The 2nd claim for bilateral hearing with documentation in medical records showing same and they said we need your enlistment physical to show you didn't have when you joined. So whatever you do don't give up. If you earned it go for the gusto. I have gotten 30% for diabetes and tinnitus.
