Records Archive Division

The Records Archive Division (RAD) assists veterans with their service-connected benefits claims and pension claims by storing vital records that veterans need.  The RAD system allows veterans to store records and send records to health care providers anywhere in the United States.

The RAD system is a centralized data storage department that stores health records, legal records, dental records, or other records that veterans need to substantiate claims where an evidence file is needed or being developed.

Veterans can request to have certain records sent to providers the same day.  Also, veterans are encouraged to have their providers fax all documents to us for immediate storage.
