Co-located with the Fargo VA Medical Center, the Fargo Regional Office provides compensation and pension service to veterans. Vocational rehabilitation and employment services are also provided at the Fargo Regional Office. Two vocational rehabilitation counselors are outbased in Bismarck, North Dakota, providing all services related to vocational rehabilitation. Vocational rehabilitation is jointly managed for North and South Dakota from Fargo, ND.
                                     
Three decision review officers at the Fargo Regional Office conduct personal hearings for South Dakota claimants.
