The Boise Regional Office is located in the downtown Boise business district. The population of Idaho in 2005 is approximately 1.6 Million people.
                                      
The Boise Regional Office administers monetary benefits to 17,283 veterans in Idaho, Utah, and Oregon. The Regional Office issued monthly disability and death benefit payments of over $15 million in January 2007. VBA’s annual compensation and pension benefits for veterans residing within the RO’s jurisdiction now exceed $185 million.
