America’s Sensory Impaired Veterans  Organization (ASIVO) was started by a  group of Field Service Officers from other  organizations, who came together to  create an organization that would provide  better services than those currently  available to our national heroes, our  veterans. It is based on the idea that  smaller chapters, each with its own IRS  501C3, can offer better services to local veterans and still have the ability to be part of a  national organization that can be more effective in influencing is such critical concerns  as congressional awareness of veterans issues, advising, cajoling and leading in the  implementation of new legislation to assist veterans and other veterans needs.
