Client represents and warrants to USVCP (Aspyre Media Group, LLC), as follows: That Client has the right and is authorized to submit the Content to USVCP via our NDC for distribution. That the Content is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and ability. That the Client is not impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting Client's affiliation with any person or entity. USVCP can only take away Submitted Materials from its network, and USVCP makes no representation or warranty regarding the removal of Submitted Materials from sites outside of the USVCP network. You must not, in the use of USVCP, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time.
