1. How do I get my picture to USVCP? Answer Simply reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your
order and attach your picture. This ensures that we can match your picture to the specific order you’ve placed. If you
have a hard copy of a picture and you would prefer mailing your picture for your Veteran ID Card you can mail it to:

The quickest way to get your documentation to USVCP is to fax it. Fax

3. What type of documentation is required for proof of military
service?
Answer
The DD Form 214 is the most
common form of documentation used to verify military service. Naturally, we also accept DD Forms 256 &
257 (Discharge Certificates). Othe military documents may be considered.
4. If I ordered a Veteran ID Card without picture, and now I want to upgrade to a Veteran ID Card
with picture, how do I get started? Answer
All veterans who order a
Veteran ID Card have on file with USVCP documentation proving their military service. Therefore, sending
in documentation again is not necessary. Simply, click on the link for the Veteran ID Card with picture,
submit your picture, complete the credit card transaction successfully, and your order will be processed.
