2015 Veterans Day Freebies & Discounts
Free Sandwich Homestead Village, 7830 Pine Forest Rd., Pensacola, FL 32526 will honor 70 residents for their military service beginning with breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and a program at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Portraits of each veteran will be unveiled in the building they reside, and service members will receive certificates and pins. Free Meal
Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only southern inspired, fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, is saluting US service men and women this Veteran’s Day by offering a free Original Chick at all 43 locations. On Wednesday, November 11, 2015, veterans who present proof of service in the form of ID Card will receive one sandwich or scoop of their choice of chicken salad, one side, a pickle spear and a cookie.

On Wednesday, November 11, 2015, veterans and active duty military who dine-in in uniform or show proof of service at Chevy’s Fresh Mex, 1150 S. Stiles St., Linden, NJ 07036 will receive a free entrée. Guests can choose from a select menu including sizzling fajitas, grilled tacos, the quesadilla burger, chicken Caesar salad, salsa chicken or fajita quesadillas and a variety of create-your-own combos featuring Mexican staples like Tamales, Chile Relleno and Enchiladas. Muscle Maker Grill, 1250-2 Route 27, Colonia Plaza, NJ, invites veterans and active military members to enjoy a free meal on the house on Veterans Day, November 11, 2015, as an extra way to say thanks for their service. New Jersey Military members and veterans who dine-in in uniform or show proof of service will receive a free wrap, salad or entrée.
Store Discount
Transitional Design, 601 Towpath Road in Broadview Heights, OH 44147 is a consignment store, gallery and auction house that handles items including furniture, tools, appliances, decor and other merchandise from estates and seniors who are downsizing. On Veterans Day, November 11, 2015, the facility will offer a 15 percent discount to veterans on any items purchased in the gallery or store, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The discount applies to current service personnel and veterans.
